New name for COSC Department
The name change of our department has been officially approved by the University Council. The official name is now "Computer Science and Software Engineering". Note that this does not mean that our course codes (COSC) or major ("Computer Science") will change. However, we are making plans to introduce software engineering (SE) as a major in the long run and the name change reflects this intention.

Published details of the department's Stratum 1 Network Time Protocol server, as the only New Zealand public NTP primary time server.
