Joff Mode
This is a mod for the game Minecraft.
It provides an alternative control mode where you use the mouse to
select blocks and entities to hit instead of having to turn to face
them.

Prerequisites
This is a Forge-based mod, so if you haven't done so
already, you will need to install Forge. See the Download
section below for recommended versions. The contents of the downloaded
zip files for these needs to be copied into your minecraft.jar file.
Download
Joff Mode has been tested with the following versions of
Minecraft and Forge. It may or may not work with other versions.
Installation
Forge
Run the Forge installer.
Client
Copy JoffMode-<version>.jar
into your mods
folder.
Server
This is a client-side-only mod. You do
not need to install anything on the server.
Usage
When this
mod is active, moving the mouse causes the crosshairs to move around on
the screen instead of turning the player. Left or right clicking will
affect the block or entity that the crosshairs are pointing at.
To turn, alt-left-click a
point on the screen; you will turn so that you are facing towards that
point.
Forward-backward and left-right movement is unaffected.
Source
For mod developers -- you don't need this just to use the mod.
Licence
This is free software. You are free to do whatever you want with it.
