Abstract
Constraint-based tutoring systems developed by the Intelligent Computer Tutoring Group effectively support student learning. After developing a number of tutoring systems, we are now developing ASPIRE, a complete authoring and deployment environment for such tutors. ASPIRE consists of the authoring server (ASPIRE-Author), which enables domain experts to easily develop new constraint-based tutors, and a tutoring server (ASPIRE-Tutor), which deploys the developed systems. ASPIRE is currently undergoing evaluation, and will be available freely on the Web to teachers who want to develop tutoring systems for their courses.View past or future seminars; or view the CSSESS Home Page.
