CSSE Labs Access Cards

After hours access to CSSE labs, and access at any time to ICTS labs, requires the use of a Canterbury Card that has rights to open the relevant doors. Students doing any COSC course should have access rights to the main door of the Erskine Building, and all ICTS Windows workrooms. COSC110 students should also have access to all ICTS Macintosh workrooms, and all other COSC students should have access to CSSE Computer Labs 1, 2 and 4 in the Erskine Building.

Access to CSSE Computer Lab 3 requires your Canterbury Card during working hours and this lab is restricted to students taking selected COSC courses associated with Computer Security and Forensics. It is normally available to them from 0700 to 2300 hours on weekdays.

Variations to the CSSE labs open hours will be announced on CSSE Notices in Learn.

If you enrol late or change your course, then your card may not be valid for some doors it should give access to. See Student Administration about any problems with your card access.

If you have security concerns when the labs are unsupervised, please call the University Security Desk on 6111 (the desk is staffed 24 hours per day).
