Scope of the Conference
With the advancement of key technologies in communication such as
optical
and radio transmission, coding schemes, switching mechanisms and so on,
communication networks are quickly becoming of larger-scale in higher
speed
than expected. As for usage, Internet and real time applications are
prospected to share a significant portion of the bandwidth in next
generation communication networks. Therefore extensive research on
networking technologies to achieve seamless and QoS guaranteed
transmission
depending on source characteristics is indispensable. For the proper
design,
development and operation of emerging ideas on networking, further
studies
on performance modeling and evaluation reflecting from the above points
are
also encouraged.
In this international conference, we expect presentations of the latest
research results from the aspects of theory, simulation, and
implementation,
as well as informal discussions, for the contribution to future
development
in this field.
