Papers may be submitted on: - Research in science and engineering; - Case studies drawn on academic and professional practice; - Position papers based on new techniques for multimedia. Contributions showing new multimedia architectures, techniques and developments using clusters are specially welcomed. Extended abstracts or paper drafts should be sent taking into account the following SCI2000 format: 1.- Major theme of the paper, related to the major themes given above. 2.- Paper title. 3.- Author names, addresses, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. 3.- Extended abstract of 500 to 1500 words and/or paper drafts of 2000 to 5000 words, in English. To submit a contribution to the invited session, please send an email to the session organizer jcarrete@inf.uc3m.es with the subject "MCW-2001 contribution". The contribution should be in an attached file in PDF or PS format (preferably viewable by ghostview). Hard copies should be sent only if electronic submission is not possible and it should be agreed in advance with the session organizer.
