We are guest editing IEEE Personal Communication Magazine special issue
on 4G Mobile and Wireless IP Networks especially from European
perspective.

IEEE Personal Communications Call for Papers
European R&D on
Fourth Generation Mobile and Wireless IP Networks
Articles are solicited for review for a special issue of IEEE Personal
Communications focusing on European research and development on
Fourth Generation (4G) wireless and mobile communications and
particularly on wireless Internet issues. Topics of interest include,
but are not limited to:
Fourth Generation wireless and mobile communications and computing:
architectures and protocols
Wireless network protocols and management (traffic, QoS, mobility,
etc.)
Wireless Internet: protocols, applications, charging & pricing
Novel applications, e.g., location aware systems
New 4G radio modems supporting adaptivity and IP
Low-power, small, portable ubiquitous computing devices
Overlay networks and applications
Perspectives on the overall wireless and mobile architecture
development
Accepted papers will also be included in Personal Communications
Interactive
(PCI), the online version of IEEE Personal Communications.
Submission Information
Submissions should adhere to the style of IEEE Personal Communications.
