The first International Symposium on Telecommunications (IST)
will be organised by the Iran Telecommunication Research Center(ITRC).
The symposium will be sponsored by IEEE, IEEE ComSoc,
IEE, and IFIP TC6.
It aims to provide a broad international forum as well as an
outstanding opportunity for scientific researchers,
academicians and telecommunication engineers to discuss new
and emerging technologies, progress in standards, services and their
applications in telecommunication and information systems.
The conference will feature world-renowned plenary speakers,
tutorial presentations and focused Mini-Symposia.
