IEEE International Conference on Networking is one of the most
 successful conferences held annually in the Asia
 Pacific region, and provides an international forum for experts from
 academia, business and industry to promote, share and discuss various
 issues and developments in the broad field of Computer and
Communication
 Networks. 
 ICON2001 in Bangkok, Thailand follows the very popular events held in
 Singapore and Australia in the past two years. The theme of ICON2001
will
 bed the new millenium networking technology, and provide a forum to
 discuss recent advances in Computer Networks and Communications.
