Call for Papers The 4th International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT2002) February 7-9, 2002
The 4th International Conference on Advanced Communication
Technology (ICACT2002) will be held on February 7-9, 2002, in Phoenix Park,
South Korea. ICACT2002 will provide an open forum for researchers, engineers,
policy makers, network planners, and service providers in telecommunications.
Extensive exchange of information will be provided on newly emerging systems,
standards, regulations, services, and variety of applications in the area
of telecommunications.

# TOPICS OF SPECIAL INTEREST Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the
following:
# INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS: Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished
papers. All manuscripts should be written in English, but can be prepared
in free style for the review. All submitted papers will be reviewed by
the technical program committee, The title page should clearly include
the name, the affiliation, the mailing address, the e-mail address, the
fax/phone numbers and postal address of the author(s) and the topic area(s)
of the submitted paper(s). In case of multiple authors, an indication of
which author is responsible for correspondence and preparing the camera
ready paper for the proceedings should also be included. After acceptance
notification, the author(s) will prepare the final camera-ready manuscript
of maximum six (6) IEEE double-column formatted pages. For the review,
electronic submission of papers in MSWORD or PDF file is preferred. If
electric submission is not possible, the full paper should be sent by e-mail
