Opticomm Industry Watch Program was held in conjunction with ITCOM 2001
and
Opticomm 2001 Conferences at Denver, August 23-24, 2001.
Twenty Six CEOs, CTOs, VPs, and other Senior executives from leading
optical
equipment vendors, carriers, and VC firms presented the current trends
in
the optical industry and debated what lies ahead.
The panel topics included latest advances in: Optical Components,
Optical
Access Networks, Optical Core Networks, Optical Metro Networks,
High-Speed
Routing and Switching, and Optical Support Systems.
The program was co-chaired by Nasir Ghani, Senior Architect, Sorrento
Networks and Raj Jain, CTO, Nayna Networks.
