 Sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society with support from Verizon,
 Nokia, the University of South Florida College of Engineering and
 Addison Wesley.  The IEEE LCN conference is the premier conference
 on leading edge and practical computer networking.  LCN 2001 will
 have three tutorials, two keynote addresses, one expert panel, and
 65 papers (49 full and 16 short) in six sessions and three tracks.
 Full papers are 10 pages and 20 minutes presentation, short papers
 are 2 pages and 10 minutes.  More information on the conference
