Dear 3G and WAS colleagues:

Just a quick update:

1. The cut-off date of Call-for-Submission is: Nov.15, 2001
   3Gwireless'2002: http://delson.org/3gwireless02/call.htm
   WAS'2002: http://delson.org/was02/call.htm
2. As we got too many sponsorship applications and they are
only awarded to the worldwide leaders. We will close the door
of applications on Nov.23, 2001. Any sponsorship submission
must be no later than this cut-off date.
3. To facilitate the detailed technical discussions in this
very authoritative congress, we will continue to limit the number
of participants to max.1000. The registration will be open to public
in Feb 2002 and by FIFO only.
4. Special registration discount will be awarded to members of
IEEE, ACM, IEICE, CIC.

We have high submission volume increase in these weeks, and will
expect traffic congestion in the following weeks. Please submit
your contributions NOW to help reduce traffic jam in the coming days.
