as
part of the Wireless Personal Communications track, to be held in
Chengdu
City, Sichuan Province, China from 26-28 June, 2002.

Papers submitted to this session have to be clearly marked with the RS04

Following you can find some useful information.
The paper must be within 4 pages, including title, author's name,
affiliation, address and liaison author's phone, fax, email and
abstract.
All manuscripts must be in English.
1.Page size: -- Please use A4 size or letter size white paper. A4
size paper is recommended. The printing area is 175mm x
226mm(6.9in x 8.9in). Nothing outside this area will be printed. The top
margin and left-side margin are
25mm(1.0in) and 17mm(0.67in) respectively.
2.Page style: -- The manuscript should be prepared in
double-space,
single column format. Please provide an
informative 100 to 150 words abstract of the manuscript.
3.Illustrations style: -- Photos must be glossy prints without
screens. Laser prints are not acceptable in place of
photos
or where greyscale graphics are involved. All line drawings and photos
should be in black and white, unless color is
specifically
requested. Font size should be readily legible when the drawing is
reduced to a 1 or 2 column width and as much as a 4:1 reduction
from
the original. All original materials should not be
larger
than 175 x 226 cm (6.9, by 8.9 in.). Do not import electronic graphics
into
your paper.
4.Fonts: -- Please use 10pt Times New Roman font as default font.
The
paper title has to appear in capital letters, 12pt,
boldface and centered across the top of the two-columns. The author's
name
has to appear in 11pt, italic. The affiliation has to
appear in 10pt. The author's names and affiliations need not be
strictly confined to the number of lines indicated.
The section headings appear in capital letters, boldface, 11pt,
numbered, and centered in the column. Examples of the
headings are included in this paper.
The subsection headings appear in capital and lower letters,
boldface, 10pt, numbered, and flush-left format.
The sub-subsection headings appear in capital and lower
letters,
italic, 10pt, numbered, and indented like a
paragraph.
5.Numbering: -- The caption of figures are numbered by Arabic
numerals and placed under the figures. The caption of tables are
numbered by Arabic numerals and placed over the tables. The equations
are
numbered with parentheses as follows.
The references appear in listed and numbered with brackets at
the
end of paper as follows. With items referred to by numerals
in
square brackets, e.g., [1]. In either case, references should be
complete
and in IEEE style.
a) Style for papers: Author, first initials followed by last
name,
title, volume, inclusive page numbers, month, and
year.
b) Style for books: Author, title, location and publisher,
year,
chapter or page numbers (if desired).
Please write the page number in the each bottom margins by a
pencil.
6.Electronic Submission: -- Manuscripts MUST BE submitted
electronically via our website. Manuscripts MUST
BE in portable document format (.pdf). Please be informed that
hard copies will NOT be accepted.
