re a paper based on Master thesis of Carl Cook

A paper on "COMAN: a multiple language active network architecture 
enabled via middleware" by C. Cook, K. Pawlikowski and H. Sirisena, 
has been accepted by the Program Committee of the 5th IEEE Conference 
on Open Architectures and Network Programming (OPENARCH 2002), 
<to be held in New York, June 28-29, 2002>. 
This is one of two the most prestigious conferences in this area.

The paper will be presented by Carl.
It is based on Carl's Master Thesis.
