First Call for Papers

Scope
=========
The aim of the workshop is to provide a unique opportunity for
researchers,
software and application developers, and computer network technologists
to
discuss new developments on the mobile agent technology and
applications.
The workshop will focus on mobile agent issues across the areas of
network
management, mobile applications, Nomadic and mobile computing,
Internet applications, QoS management, policy-based management,
intelligent information gathering, Ad hoc networks and applications,
active
and
programmable networks, interactive multimedia, Tele-learning
applications,
mobile commerce, virtual home environment,and other related areas.
Papers
=======
Authors are invited to submit a full paper of up to 10 pages including
figures, tables, references and annexes. The proceedings of the
conference
will be published by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes on Computer
Science series. Submissions should follow the LNCS style. The document
must
be in PostScript, Acrobat PDF or MS-Word format.

Experts in the area are invited to submit proposals for Tutorials, which
will be held on the first day of the Conference (22nd October 2002). For
