Greetings from the Secretariat for 8th IEEE International Conference on
Communication Systems 2002 in Singapore.

The Eighth IEEE International Conference on Communications Systems (ICCS
2002) will be held in Singapore from 25 to 28 November 2002. This is a
biennial series of conferences co-organized by the IEEE Singapore
Section Communications Chapter, the National University of Singapore and
the Institute of Communications Research (ICR), Singapore and related
applications.
