I am herewith enclosing the First Call for Paper for the TENCON 2003 to
be held at Bangalore, India, during 14-17 October 2003.
I request you to help us in publicizing the Conference amongst
Organizations, Academic Institutions, R&D Institutions and individual
groups and organizations.  I also request for your help in getting
contributions by propective authors as well as registration for the
conference.
