[Scope]

ICOIN is a successful series of conferences, which succeeds the Joint
Workshop
on Computer Communications (JWCC) starting from 1986. ICOIN is to bring
together researchers and engineers interested in the practical and
theoretical aspects of information networking areas such as nternet
technologies/applications, communication network systems, network
protocols, distributed systems, multimedia applications, and
mobile/wireless computing.

[Topics]

ICOIN 2003 will deal with technologies for an end-to-end and network QoS
in wired and wireless Internet focusing on the enhanced TCP/IP internet
protocol mechanisms, its implementation, and the required technology to
support wired and wireless internet. Original research contributions are
solicited. Areas of interest include the following aspects of:

[Paper and Proposal Submission]

- Length, File, and Format Information

Electronic, PDF-based submission of papers is mandatory. You can use the
web interface for submissions of your papers (see Submission
Instructions). If you should have further questions, please contact
icoin03@anlab.hufs.ac.kr.

The conference proceedings are published as hard-copied and
electronically by Springer Verlag, Heidelberg, Germany, in the Lecture
Notes in Computer Science Series. They will be available during the
event. Authors are obliged to follow the LNCS's guidelines in preparing
their manuscript including the 10-page limit.

Authors can obtain them at http:://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.

- Submission of Papers in Camera-ready Format

Authors whose papers have been reviewed and accepted for publication are
required to modify their papers according to reviewers' comments and the
Springer-Verlag guidelines and to send the modified papers in
camera-ready form.

Please note that we will accept camera-ready papers in LaTex format only.

Submissions of camera-ready papers must be accompanied with the complete
registration and payment made in full based on the published rates.
Otherwise the inclusion of the paper in the proceedings can not be
guaranteed.
