       In its tenth year, the 2002 International Symposium on Modeling and
       Simulation of Computer and Telecommunication Systems, will take place
       in Fort Worth, Texas, October 12-16, 2002.

                          Symposium Objectives

       MASCOTS 2002 is the 10th of an annual series of international
       symposiums dedicated to addressing the challenges in the modeling,
       analysis and simulation of computer and telecommunication systems.
       By bringing together researchers, practitioners, and visionaries from
       all over the world, MASCOTS provides an environment where ideas flow
       freely between individuals instrumental in shaping the world of
       tomorrow.

       This year, MASCOTS 2002 will include regular and tools sessions, and
       will offer tutorials and workshops.
