       S U B M I S S I O N    I S    N O W   O P E N

The IST program is highly committed to the goal of pushing the
development of a global wireless information society, and the spirit of
the IST Mobile Communications Summit is intended to reflect this will.
This is the 12th year this forum has been sponsored by the European
Commission, keeping its objective to provide a major forum for the
dissemination of the results of the EU Research Initiatives towards
Personal and Wireless Mobile Communication Systems and Networks,
including their Terrestrial and Satellite components, in a competitive
fora with worldwide participation, providing the framework where
innovative and alternative solutions and respective results can be
presented and discussed.

Authors are invited to submit papers containing original results in all
areas of wireless personal communication systems and networks. Further
submission details on the conference web page.

Submission Deadlines
        Draft Camera Ready Full Paper submission: 31st January of 2003
        Notification of Acceptance: 15th March of 2003
        Final Camera-Ready Paper Due: 30th April of 2003
