Third Call for Papers
2003 International Conference on Communication Technology
ICCT'2003
The International Conference on Communication Technology (ICCT'2003) is 
going
to be held in Beijing, China on 9-11 April, 2003. This is a biennial 
conference
series sponsored by China Institute of Communications (CIC) and Chinese 
Institute
of Electronics (CIE), technically sponsored by the IEEE Communications 
Society
(IEEE COMSOC). ICCT'2003 is also supported by the Ministry of 
Information Industry (MII)
and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). It is 
organized by
Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). There will be 
tutorial
sessions as well as invited sessions. Previously unpublished 
contributions to the
following technical areas, but not limited to, are solicited:

Paper Submission
Submit your complete papers electronically to wangwn@bupt.edu.cn.

Authors are invited to submit a full paper as an electronic file to
the above e-mail address. ONLY postscript & pdf files are accepted.
Full papers should be double-column in 10 pt Times Roman or similar
fonts and should be within four pages. Each paper should include a
cover page with the title, authors, mailing and electronic addresses,
phone fax number, contact author, technical area(s) and listed in
the order of author's preference. Detailed information on the technical
program, template of the paper, special events, accommodations, and
travel arrangements will be posted at the Website.
