Papers must be submitted electronically - in .pdf (preferred) or word.doc
format. Authors are required to specify an area (out of the four above)
for their papers. Send full manuscript by February 24, 2003 to one of the
program chairs. Include on the cover page (a WORD document): author names,
affiliations, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. Indicate
clearly the corresponding author. Manuscripts should not exceed 18
double-spaced pages including figures, tables, and references. Include up
to 5 keywords from the above list, and an abstract of no more than 300
words. The subject of the email must be "PDCS 2003 Submission." Final
manuscript will be 6 pages (+2 pages with additional page fees) in ISCA
format. (See http://www.isca-hq.org/sample-isca-manuscript-format.pdf).
