the Modelling and Simulation field. Relevant topics include, but are not
limited to:

Modelling Methodologies
Mathematical Modelling
Dynamic Modelling
Continuous & Discrete Methodology
Time Series Analysis
Finite Element Methods
Tools and Techniques
Web-based Simulation
Artificial Intelligence
Data Modelling
Visualization

SYMPOSIUM 2 ~ ENVIRONMENTAL MODELLING AND SIMULATION

This stream will address the latest research and developments regarding
environmental applications of Modelling and Simulation. Relevant topics
include, but are not limited to:

Air Modelling and Simulation
Ecosystems Modelling and Simulation
Environmental Management Modelling
Hydrological Modelling and Simulation
Energy and Power System Modelling

LOCATION
Located on the Pacific Ocean, Marina del Rey is one of Southern
California's most popular recreational areas, and has become a renowned
international destination for both tourism and conferences. With
year-round mild temperatures and sunshine-filled days, Marina del Rey
offers many recreational activities such as boating in the harbour,
swimming from beautiful sandy beaches, and strolling in its many
landscaped parks. Situated just miles from the Los Angeles
International airport, Marina del Rey is only 30 minutes from Hollywood
and serves as an important location for many film and television
productions. The UCLA campus and upscale shopping areas of Beverly
Hills and Rodeo Drive are also nearby.
