ProspectingCraft

ProspectingCraft is a Minecraft mod to help you find ores. With ProspectingCraft, you can take Geological Samples and analyse them to get an idea of what kinds of ores are present in the vicinity. You can also build a Geological Surveyor to seismically map and underground area, showing which spots may contain something worth mining.

Prerequisites

ProspectingCraft is a Forge-based mod, so if you haven't done so already, you will need to install Forge. See the Download section below for recommended versions.

Forge Version listed is the one the mod has been developed and tested with. Other versions may or may not work.

Installation

Forge

Run the Forge installer.

Client

Copy the .jar file into your mods folder.

Server

Copy the .jar file into the server's mods folder.

Source

For mod developers -- you don't need this just to use the mod.
